Whistler, Ski and Mountain Resort Town
From February 12 to 28, 2010, the resort town on Whistler, 123 km north of Vancouver, will host the XXI Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. The Whistler Village Gondola climbs Whistler Mountain, the main skiing venue for the games. Nearby Blackcomb Mountain will be used for bobsleighing and other winter sports. Our photos were taken in summer when hiking and mountain biking are the main activities.
