Gordon Fuller and Students

Gordon FullerA graduate of Vancouver Island University's Child and Youth Care Degree Program in 2002, Nanaimo City Council candidate Gordon Fuller is well known in Nanaimo for his community and social activism. “I recognize the difficulty students have of making ends meet, the high cost of tuition, housing and the ever increasing burden of skyrocketing student loans.” Gord believes the city needs to take a far more active role in promoting students interests. When elected to council, Gord Fuller promises to bring the same tenaciousness to his position as he is known for when advocating on community and social issues in Nanaimo. It is time for change and Gord has the energy and commitment to make Nanaimo a better place for all of its citizens. Gord looks forward to mixing with VIU students at the meet and greet hosted by the VIU Students Union, Cafeteria Building 300, noon to 2 pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2008.
